Trinity’s Director of Development Retires
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
AMBRIDGE, PA – January 3, 2012 – Leslie Deily, Director of Development at Trinity School for Ministry, retired on January 13, 2012. Leslie has been directing Trinity’s development efforts for more than twelve years. In retirement, she plans to care for her new baby granddaughter and her aging father.
“My resignation has been a very difficult decision” remarked Leslie. “God has blessed me and this school with a wonderful donor family. I love the relationships I have established over the years with our Board of Trustees and our donors and I will truly miss their friendship.”
“Leslie will certainly be missed,” commented the Rev. Dr. Leander Harding, Trinity’s Dean of Church Relations and Advancement. “She has successfully guided our fundraising in a very difficult economic environment.”
To fill this vacancy in the Development Office, Trinity has asked Jack Walsh, a current member of the staff and student in the MAR degree program, to become the Interim Director of Development. Jack holds a Master of Science in Management from Purdue University, and has thirty years of experience in the banking and finance industries, including service at BNY Mellon and Edward Jones. Most recently, he has served as the administrative coordinator for Trinity’s Extension Ministries. “As a member of the staff, a student, and a donor, I firmly believe in what Trinity stands for” said Jack. “I look forward to giving our present and future supporters further opportunities to participate in the vision of the school.”
