Accommodations

• Sheraton Pittsburgh Airport—Trinity has a block of rooms reserved at a discounted rate of $99/night including breakfast. The hotel is 10 miles from the Trinity campus, and shuttle service will be provided to and from the conference mornings & evenings. Rooms are available with king beds or 2 double beds. Please call 1-800-325-3535 to make reservations referring to Trinity or TSM as a group code.
• DoubleTree, Pittsburgh Airport—Trinity has a block of rooms reserved at a discounted rate of $119/night June 2-7 and June 10-13. Guests can call directly to 412-329-1400 and reference Trinity to receive the rate. DoubleTree is an executive hotel with gym & pool. Breakfast and shuttle service are not included in the room rate.
• Gilmary Center--approx $52 first night and $26/night thereafter, in a dormitory-style retreat center 5.5 miles from the Trinity campus. You will need to arrange your own transportation or carpool with other conference attendees. Contact Lilli at 412-264-8400, ext 201 lwolfe@gilmarycenter.org
• Trinity Guest Homes--$30/night. Limited availability. Housing & Transportation Request forms are available at www.tsm.edu/academics/intensives. Email to dbates@tsm.edu.

Food

Lunch & Dinner are provided for conference attendees, as well as coffee following morning prayers. The hotel provides a complimentary breakfast.

Transportation

The Pittsburgh International Airport is 12 miles from the Trinity Campus. Your hotel provides shuttle service to and from the Airport. If you need transportation from the airport to Ambridge, please fill out a Housing & Transportation  Request and indicate “transportation only”.

NOTE: when booking flights, please consider that the opening event for the AEF conference is 7pm Wednesday, June 5, and the wrap-up session will conclude 9pm Friday, June 7.
