The Rev. Dr. Joel Scandrett at the 2015 Ancient Evangelical Future ConferenceAMBRIDGE, PA – November 20, 2015  – Trinity School for Ministry is delighted to announce a recent gift of $1.5 Million from the Hansen Foundation of Sewickley, PA to support the work of the seminary’s Robert E. Webber Center for an Ancient Evangelical Future.

On October 29, 2015, Uganda Christian University (UCU) dedicated a new building named after the Rev. Dr. Stephen Noll, Emeritus Professor at Trinity and the first Chancellor (President) of UCU, and his wife Peggy.

Trinity School for Ministry is seeking to hire a part-time Administrative Assistant for the Manager of Extension Ministries.

On Tuesday, September 22, 2015, a Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening took place at the recently completed Cobblestone Inn and Suites in Ambridge. The Rev. Dr. Laurie Thompson, lead investor in the hotel and professor at Trinity School for Ministry, led the ceremony and elaborated on a bit of history surrounding the search for a hotel franchise, “The encouragement of this event is like the re-building of the walls of Jerusalem in Nehemiah,” he observed. “I had been looking for a franchise that would support small markets. There weren’t many. In fact, there were none until I found Cobblestone.”

Trinity School for Ministry is proud to announce the appointment of The Rev. David Drake and The Rev. Jeffrey Scott Miller as the inaugural Peter Moore Scholars for the year 2016-2017.
