Trinity School for Ministry, an evangelical seminary in the Anglican tradition, is seeking a part-time maintenance assistant to help support the Director of Facilities with ongoing repair and maintenance of 15 buildings comprising the Trinity properties. Duties include: early morning snow removal, completing daily maintenance requests, monitoring HVAC thermostats and custodial/janitorial services. Qualifications include: a strong commitment to Christ and ability to sign Trinity’s Statement of Faith. Requirements include: Certificate in building trade or minimum 2 years experience in building maintenance. The successful candidate must be able to wear protective clothing which includes closed-toed shoes and belted pants, provide own tools, drive personal vehicle to job sites, lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, walk long distances and climb stairs and ladders.
