MISSION DAY:

a heart for the vulnerable

November 7th-8th | Trinity School for Ministry

Trinity School for Ministry and The Stanway Institute invite you to come join us as we learn about God’s continuing mission to make Himself known to all nations. This year, we will be learning from those who have a heart for the vulnerable whether their mission field is local or abroad.

Speaker

Jim Harries (PhD, University of Birmingham, UK), has ministered amongst indigenous churches
in western Kenya using African languages since 1993 (before that from 1988 in Zambia). The focus of his ministry is on bible teaching. He also does some hospital chaplaincy work, and looks after orphan children. Jim has published eight books, including the latest, a novel, entitled African Heartbeat. He has written and published numerous articles relating to Christian mission in Africa. Jim chairs the Alliance for Vulnerable Mission.
